NexMiner grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for the purpose of utilizing your own hardware's idle computing power. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the software complies with local laws. You agree that the software will only be run on hardware that you personally own or have explicit authorization to utilize.

NexMiner provides software that utilizes hardware resources. We make no guarantees, representations, or warranties regarding potential financial earnings, hash rates, or cryptocurrency market values. All mining activity carries inherent risks, including variable electrical costs and hardware degradation.

In no event shall NexMiner or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, hardware failure, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the NexMiner software.
